UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from service providers for Developing a framework for Safeguards Information System (SIS) for Viet Nam
This assignment should build on the previous work on reviewing Policies, laws and regulations (PLRs) done by SNV/MB-REDD (Safeguards Roadmap v2.0 for Viet Nam). The PLR assessment identifies how Vietnam is addressing safeguards - what is in place to meet the Cancun safeguards, and what the gaps are on paper. In doing so, the Safeguards Roadmap v2.0 should, in its supplementary full analytical matrix, identify the provision for information collection and reporting, already enshrined in existing national PLRs.
Applications from interested and qualified national candidates are invited for the national consultancy assignment “ Documentation of Communication Interventions for the Measles and Rubella (MR) vaccine launch campaign in Viet Nam in 2014-2015”. Please find the attached Consultant Notice for more information.
Kindly note the submission deadline: 16 September 2015 at 18:00 hours.
Applications in English should be sent to [email protected] in accordance with the instructions provided in the consultancy notice.
