HelpAge International is global network of organisations working towards a world where older people fulfil their potential to lead active, dignified, healthy and secure lives. The HelpAge global network is made up of 158 members in 86 countries working to support older people and promote their rights, with programmes managed by hubs in London, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Orbis is a leading NGO that has been a pioneer in the prevention and treatment of blindness for almost all 40 years. Orbis transforms lives by delivering the skills, resources and knowledge needed to provide accessible quality eye care. In Vietnam, Orbis has been providing the highest level of expertise to support the development of eye care services and blindness prevention– especially in the areas of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), pediatric and Diabetic Retinopathy services and in establishing an eye bank. Since 2015, Orbis has worked to strengthen the eye health system in the country, focusing on the quality of services and human resources.
