On behalf of the CCWG Oxfam is looking for a communications specialist with journalistic experience for a series of communications training to improve the network’s advocacy,  media involvement and messaging skills until the end of this year.  Please find the TOR attached for your reference.

In the framework of the project named "Enhanced capacity of the Vietnam Red Cross at all levels in disaster risk management, first aid and healthcare in emergency situations that will safeguard lives, property, health and livelihoods of vulnerable people in targeted locations" funded by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), the Vietnam Red Cross Society is looking for the national consultant to conduct the assessment of disaster response system of Vietnam Red Cross at all levels.
