The “TA Support for Management of Program 135-II” (SM-P135) Project is implemented by the State Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs (CEM) in collaboration with Niras Finland (consultant company) under agreement between the Governments of Vietnam and Finland. The project works to improve the management of the Program for Socio-economic Development of Extremely Difficult Communes in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas (P135-II) in order to alleviate poverty amongst ethnic minorities.

Among other projects, CHF currently implements a Livelihood Improvement of Vulnerable Ethnic Minority Communities Affected by the Song Bung 4 Hydropower Project technical assistance package for the Asian Development Bank in Quang Nam. Pathfinder International (PI) is a US-based NGO whose mission in Viet Nam is to improve sexual and reproductive health (RH) through capacity building and policy-focused initiatives that respond to the needs of the society. To this end, PI supports efforts to strengthen pre-service and in-service training in reproductive health, including core clinical reproductive health practices, youth-friendly services and HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment. The Vietnam-Canada Program Support Unit (VC-PSU) is a Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) bilateral project. Its purpose is to provide support to CIDA’s development assistance program in Vietnam in order to maximize the development results and impact of the program. The PSU provides specific support in the areas of program analysis, planning and delivery, as well as administrative and logistical support to CIDA. The VC-PSU requires the services of a *Gender Equality Adviser* (GEA) to provide technical advice and support to CIDA’s program.
