Lux-Development, the Executing Agency for Bilateral Co-operation financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is assisting the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) of Cao Bang and a number of technical line ministries and departments by delivery of international and national TA and capacity building to implement the initiative called “Developing Business with the Rural Poor”, which is part of a province-wide programme in the Cao Bang province - predominantly designed by- and financed through- loan support from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), commenced in mid-2008. The recently launched project VIE/029 - “Technical Assistance” (TA) towards “Developing Business with the Rural Poor in Cao Bang” has planned duration of 3 years.
The project: The program ‘Wastewater and Solid Waste Management in Provincial Centers’ is financed by German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) – The component 2 (www.wastewater-vietnam.org) is implemented by GFA Consulting Group and Ministry of Construction within the context of the second phase until 31 July, 2011. The objective of the component is capacity building for wastewater company of the six (06) project cities. The consulting firm GFA is seeking a qualified and experienced Vietnamese national for the full-time position of Translator. The translator will work under the supervision of Project Chief Technical Advisor.
ALD is a development project jointly funded by the government of Vietnam (MARD) and the Government of Switzerland (SDC). The Project is implemented by Agronomes & Vétérinaires sans frontières (AVSF) and the National Institute of Animal Husbandry (NIAH), in collaboration with services and authorities of 4 districts in three provinces: Yen Bai, Phu Tho and Son La.
