National Programme Coordinator:
A National Programme Coordinator (NPC) is sought to work in the project for initially 12 months. The position is based in Hanoi requiring regular travel to Quang Nam and Hue Province.
The NPC will work under the direct supervisor of the ILO Country Director. He/she will work closely together with ILO Programme Officers in Hanoi. Technical and programmatic liaison with Regional and HQ departments are also required for the effective implementation of activities and programmes.
