Programme Coordinator

Background: VECO Vietnam is the Vietnamese country office of the Belgian-based International non-governmental organization Vredeseilanden. VECO Vietnam’s main focus lies in sustainable agriculture and food safety.

We are currently seeking a qualified professional for the position of Rice Programme Coordinator for the period 2017-2021. This incumbent will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam with frequent travels in and outside VECO programme areas.

Position Summary: To develop inclusive business models for sustainably produced rice and work towards mainstreaming them across the Vietnamese rice subsector.

Responsibilities and Duties

Position: Program Coordinator
Work place: Hanoi, Vietnam
Working time and duration: 3 days a week, 6 months, extendable based on performance and funding
Salary: 400$ per 1 month (Staff will be requested to open a US dollars account)
Start date: April 2017
