The Global Association for People and the Environment (GAPE) is a small international non-governmental organization (NGO) that works mainly in Laos. Registered in Canada, GAPE is looking for a part-time executive director (ED) to lead a 250K annual program that focuses on sustainable development in the areas of ecology, social justice, and education, using a people-centered learning approach. The ED will work with the resident program director and his Lao colleagues in the areas of program planning and staff management. She/he will also work with a 5 member board on leadership and organizational management, and fundraising.
