The project “Strengthening Local Governance for Local Economic Growth in Vietnamese Cities”  (LoGoVic) is funded by the European Union and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) in Vietnam and implemented by the Association of Cities of Vietnam (ACVN). The project is a two year project from July 2013 to June 2015.

We want to conduct an interim external evaluation of the project, which is focused on creating an enabling environment for local economic growth in three pilot cities through enhanced local governance, the improvement of local living standards and the formulation of national recommendations for improved local governance for local economic growth.

World Vision International – Vietnam (WVV) invites Vietnamese competent candidates for the following position: 
Micro Finance Operation Manager (1 position) based in Hanoi.

As per WV Vietnam strategy, micro finance is managed as one of its initiatives. In other word it is part of WV Vietnam and not as a separate entity line in other countries.

Center for Community Health Promotion (CHP), a Vietnamese NGO, works for lasting improvements in the well-being of people through health promotion and community development approaches with focus on capacity building and empowerment. Our primary targets are the most vulnerable and disadvantaged populations including vulnerable children and women, ethnic and social minority groups, mobile populations and migrant workers, people who use drugs and people living with HIV/AIDS etc.

CHP is immediately looking for a qualified project officer and a accounting and admin officer, based in Hanoi office. These position will start ASAP.
