The Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF) is an independent U.S. Federal Government agency created by the U.S. Congress in 2000 and funded annually by the U.S. Government through 2018. Justice Initiatives Facilitation Fund (JIFF) is one component of The Justice Partnership Programme (JPP) funded by of the European Commission (EC), Sweden, and Denmark to support justice sector reforms in Vietnam. The JPP will address challenges in strengthening laws and policies by supporting the implementation of the Judicial Reform Strategy (JRS).
