Winrock has been awarded a MacArthur Foundation grant to implement the Greater Annamites Sustainable Finance (GASF) Project. The goal of the Greater Annamites Sustainable Finance Project is to develop sustainable finance mechanisms to support biodiversity in the Greater Annamites and Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS). Under the project, two pilot sites will be established to secure environmental services agreements over large areas of the Eastern Plains Dry Forest in Cambodia and in the Central Truong Son Landscape in Vietnam.

Blue Dragon Children's Foundation (www.streetkidsinvietnam.com)  is an Australian NGO working with 900 disadvantaged children in central and northern Vietnam. We are committed to leading the way as a provider of excellent services to young people.

Blue Dragon is seeking to employ a Communications Officer, with a particular focus on child sponsorship, to be based in Hanoi.

Job Description
The Communications Officer will be responsible for Blue Dragon’s child sponsorship system, volunteer management, and some administrative duties. Tasks will include:
- Maintain a database of sponsors
- Communicate with sponsors around the world, mostly through email
- Liaise with program coordinators to gather and present information

The Fundraising and Marketing Assistant will be based in Ho Chi Minh City and will be working with and supporting our Development Advisor, to ensure the success and implementation of EFD’s Fundraising and Marketing Programs

Background
The Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD) is a Unit of the Asian Development Bank that supports private sector projects with clear development impact but which may have limited access to capital.
PSOD-ADB fund or facilitate funding of financial institutions so they can, in turn, finance small and medium enterprises, local infrastructure facilities, and other underserved sectors that ADB may not be able to assist directly. Furthermore ADB is also keen to utilize complex capital market solutions and other innovative approaches for the benefit of the poor.
