Cowater is a global international development consultancy firm that works with partners to deliver technical assistance to governments and the private sector in Asia and the Pacific, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

Cowater is delivering a large (CAD$70m+) portfolio of projects in Vietnam with donors such as Global Affair Canada (GAC) and Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).  Cowater’s portfolio focuses on supporting women’s economic empowerment, gender and social inclusion (with a focus on ethnic minorities), agriculture, tourism, trade facilitation, renewable energy, and local economic development. These programs are implemented and supported by our program teams based in Vietnam, and our HQ management team.
