The Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Environment (iSEE) is an independent development organization working toward a prosperous, equal, democratic and tolerant society. According to the design of the project for Adaptation to Climate Change in the Mekong Delta in Tra Vinh province (AMD Tra Vinh), under the sub-component 2.1 Rural finance for resilient livelihoods, the project will provide a package of comprehensive technical support for the Provincial Women's Union for implementation, establishment of new savings and credit groups operating under the model of social funds in the period 2014 - 2018 and then transformed into microfinance institution in 2019.
