The "Women's Leadership: Empowerment of Women in the period of International Integration" is looking for a short term National Technical Consultant Action Research with objectives as following:

The AusAID-funded Climate Smart Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction project is jointly managed and implemented by Vietnam Red Cross, German Red Cross and Australian Red Cross.
