Consultancy Service for developing reading materials_Grade 3

We are looking for a qualified consultant team to develop 100 reading texts specialized for grade 3 according to National Curriculum with trending modification up-to-date with textbook reform. Please refer to the attached TOR for more information.

The selection of the consultant team for this assignment will be based on the attached evaluation criteria. (Attached Appendix 3).

1. 01 copy of valid IDs and tax numbers of all team members;
2. Quotation according to the attached form (Appendix 1- RFQ), in which commitment to comply with mandatory policies of SCI (attached Appendix 2);

4. Submit the updated CV of the team leader and all team members who will implement this assignment.
5. Technical proposal: One reading text and develops 04 levels of reading comprehension questions. The reading text needs to be appropriate/suitable to the current textbook. 
6. Submit previous works: a copy of at least 01 report similar to this package (Material development) from team leader and 01 published book that relates to primary education from each team member.

The Bid package must be received no later than 09:00 A.M on November 7^th, 2022.

Failure to meet the closing time may result in the offer being void.
