We are looking for a qualified consultant team to develop 100 reading texts specialized for grade 3 according to National Curriculum with trending modification up-to-date with textbook reform. Please refer to the attached TOR [1] for more information.
The selection of the consultant team for this assignment will be based on the attached evaluation criteria. (Attached Appendix 3 [2]).

- Submit the updated CV of the team leader and all team members who will implement this assignment.
- Technical proposal: One reading text and develops 04 levels of reading comprehension questions. The reading text needs to be appropriate/suitable to the current textbook.
- Submit previous works: a copy of at least 01 report similar to this package (Material development) from team leader and 01 published book that relates to primary education from each team member.
