Education for Nature-Vietnam (ENV) was established in 2000 as Vietnam’s first non-governmental organization focused on conservation of nature and the environment. 1.Background information
The EU-Vietnam Strategic Dialogue Facility (SDF) is a three-year program that aims to support Vietnam's development through the implementation of activities in areas covered by the EU-Vietnam Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA). This EU-funded €2.9 Million project started in February 2013 and it will continue until January 2016.
This position will play the key role in planning, developing and delivering internal and external communications work of Towards Transparency (TT), leading the implementation of the 2013- 2015 TI Vietnam Programme’s communication strategy
Position Type:
Vietnamese national post, full-time (5 working days/week).
Centre for Sustainable Rural Development (SRD) is a national NGO which inherits CIDSE’s 28 years of experiences in working in the field of poverty alleviation in Vietnam. We empower disadvantaged communities in rural and mountainous areas to manage sustainably their own livelihood systems, regardless of ethnic groups, gender or religious belief. SRD currently focuses on Sustainable Agriculture, Rural Livelihoods, Climate Change, Local Governance and Pro-Poor Policy Advocacy.
We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Communications Manager, based in Hanoi with frequent travels to the project sites. SRD offers good opportunities for working, learning and sharing within the dynamic team of SRD.

The Swiss Red Cross (SRC) is a member of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies; it is part of a worldwide network of 188 National Societies. The purpose of the Swiss Red Cross activities is to protect the lives, health and dignity of human beings worldwide, the Swiss Red Cross is active in a large number of humanitarian programmes.
Since many years the Swiss Red Cross in Vietnam works in strict collaboration with the Vietnamese Red Cross particularly in the sectors of health, rural development, disaster mitigation/preparedness, and encouraging programs to prevent and alleviate human suffering.
The incumbent will perform National Communications Officer’s tasks and will work in close collaboration with CO-Hanoi’s Programme Unit and other programmes/projects of the Country Office as required. He/she will report to the Country Office Director and receive technical guidance from the regional information officer in Bangkok. The assignment is 12 months and based at the ILO Country Office in Hanoi with a possibility of extension subject to fund availability.
