The SME Development Project in Tra Vinh Province is funded by Canada (Global Affairs of Canada). The project life is from 2014 to 2020. One of the medium term outcomes of the project is to increase quantity and improve competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tra Vinh Province. The project has 3 components which are closely related each other.
