In order to support the development of agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has approved a 5-year master project "Studying policy proposals for supporting agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises in 2006-2010" which is financed by Spain and assigned to the Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agricultural Development Rural (IPSARD) to perform. Overall Responsibilities: HAIVN seeks a Program Manager to work in Hanoi and provide guidance and coordination for programmatic activities associated with the implementation of HAIVN projects in the Northern Provinces of Vietnam. Luxembourg Development, the Executing Agency for Bilateral Co-operation financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, assists the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) to implement the project. VIE/031 “Strengthening of Human Resources in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry in Vietnam” which has a duration of 3 years. The overall objective is to supply the hospitality and tourism industry in key tourist zones identified by the GoV with qualified personnel, and the specific objective is to increase the quantity and to improve the quality of graduates from selected tourism schools/colleges through upgraded capacity of schools to deliver practice-oriented and demand-driven training.
