CECI is seeking an International Consultant to support the assessment and documentation of the BCRD project experiences and results to support dissemination of information about the project activities, lessons learned and practices of CBDRM implementation in mountain and upland areas with other government and other development stakeholders. The assignment is expected to take three months. The Terms of Reference include:
1. Prepare a methodology for reviewing the project activities and results, including field site visits and interviews with staff partners and beneficiaries, and carry it out. 2. Develop a format for reporting lessons learned and practices for the purposes of dissemination and information sharing.

Job purpose: To ensure that systems for effective and efficient management of risks within the organization are in place, providing regular reports to management on findings and recommendations, covering risk areas such as finance, procurement of goods & services, child protection, etc.
Main responsibilities: - Conduct and manage risk assessments on program operations within the organization to ensure that all risks are under control and managed effectively and efficiently.
For the new program Development of Organic and Fair-trade Cocoa in Vietnam (Eco-Cacao), Helvetas, the Swiss Association for International Cooperation is looking for two experienced and highly motivated national staff based respectively in Tien Giang and Ben Tre Provinces.
Main responsibilities - Work closely with the provincial partners and the program management team to coordinate, provide technical assistance, and conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the Program activities at field level in order to contribute to reach the outcomes formulated in the Program Document. - Assist the farmer organizations in technical, management and organizational aspects in order to fulfill the requirements of organic and fair-trade certifications.
