Lux Development has recently launched a new health project in Vietnam. Project VIE/027, Support for Health Care Policy for the Poor in Cao Bang and Bac Kan aims to reduce socio-economic inequalities in health status and health service utilisation by helping to inform pro-poor policy and practice at the national level.
Authorities concerned of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with JICA, has embarked Japanese Technical Cooperation Project on Capacity Development of Participatory Agricultural and Rural Development for Poverty Reduction in the Central Highlands. The Project is seeking highly qualified and experienced candidate for the following position. The recruited position will be based in Mang Yang District, Gia Lai Province. The appointment will initially be 1 year (including 3 months probation time) with possibility of extension for 4 years, given satisfactory performance and workload demand.

The role: - To involve in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) of ongoing Humanitarian Projects.
The Project VIE/02/001 is co-funded by UNDP and other donors (DFID and Finland) in order to support the Government of Vietnam in implementing the National Targeted Programme on Poverty Reduction (NTP-PR) and the Programme 135-2 (Socio-Economic Development Program for Mountainous and Ethnic Minority Areas) within the context of macro economic reforms and economic integration. Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and the State Committee of Ethnic Minorities Affairs (CEMA) are the lead national agencies to coordinate the implementation of the two programs.
CESVI, an Italian NGO who has been working in Vietnam since 1991 with projects in the sectors of health, nutrition, rural micro-finance, water and sanitation, and education, has been implementing an European Commission funded project on basic human rights for vulnerable groups in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.
They are now looking for consultants to implement the training of trainers, which is a core activity under the framework of the project.
The training consists of two modules; accordingly we call for the application of the consultants who are interested and qualified to cover both modules or selected module suitable to their own expertise.
