Field Coordinator

Authorities concerned of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with JICA, has embarked Japanese Technical Cooperation Project on Capacity Development of Participatory Agricultural and Rural Development for Poverty Reduction in the Central Highlands.
The Project is seeking highly qualified and experienced candidate for the following position. The recruited position will be based in Mang Yang District, Gia Lai Province. The appointment will initially be 1 year (including 3 months probation time) with possibility of extension for 4 years, given satisfactory performance and workload demand.

FIELD COORDINATOR

Qualifications Required:
- Sufficient English skill in speaking and writing is required.
- Sufficient skill in using Computer (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.) is required.
- Experience with ethnic minority groups on rural development is required.

Qualifications:
Support the project experts regarding the project operation
Assist the related stakeholders to establish and operate Rural Development Groups
Coordinate the necessary arrangements for activities with the related stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate progress and achievement of the activities with document record
Coordinate and organize trainings and workshops at hamlet, commune, district, and provincial level
Coordinate and organize domestic study tours
Coordinate the activities regarding the local culture of the target area
Keep record regarding the project activities as document
Prepare background materials for meeting and discussion on the project operation
Interpret and translate documents regarding the project operation between Vietnamese and English
