I. INTRODUCTION In order to support the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in rural areas of Vietnam, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has approved the project "Study on policy recommendations to support development of small and medium enterprises in the agriculture sector – phase 2 &3”, sponsored by Spainish government and assigned Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development. The overall objective of the project is to provide policy recommendations to facilitate the growth of agricultural and rural SMEs in Vietnam so as to generate more employment for rural labor, increase rural incomes and promote the competitiveness of enterprises.

World Learning is currently soliciting qualified candidates for an Organizational Development Specialist for an active USAID solicitation titled Pathways for Participation: Strengthening the Civil Society Response to HIV in Vietnam. Individuals should be able to demonstrate experience in implementing and managing programs in one or more of the following sectors: organizational development, capacity building, program assessment, policy, advocacy, civil society strengthening, and governance.
JSI is seeking dynamic, competent and highly motivated person to as its (F&A Manager) for a public health project based in Vietnam. This project aims to strengthen the role of Civil Society Organization’s in Vietnam’s national HIV/AIDS response.
Key Responsibilities: The Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for supporting project staff with information needed for planning, monitoring and evaluation of the program. He/She will also be responsible for working with partners to strengthen existing management information systems in the HIV/AIDS sectors, and to build capacity, especially at field level to use data for decision-making.
- Carry out daily Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) related to the program;
Department of Rural Institution is an research unit under the Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development (IPSARD). Our function is to do research and propose policies for rural institutions development to the Government & Ministry of Agriculture and rural development ; analyze and assess the impacts of the policies on rural institutions’ development. We also have the function of supporting, advising and providing services related to developing forms for rural and ariculture enterprises, cooperatives, farms, households, etc. We have been executed many researches and offered advice for policies formulation to support the development of rural institutions.
