The Program
Justice Initiatives Facilitation Fund (JIFF) is one component of The Justice Partnership Programme (JPP) funded by of the European Commission (EC), Sweden, and Denmark to support justice sector reforms in Vietnam. The JPP will address challenges in strengthening laws and policies by supporting the implementation of the Judicial Reform Strategy (JRS). JIFF is a grant-making programme designed to build the capacity of Vietnamese NGOs to contribute to awareness of rights, access to justice and judicial reforms.
The AusAID-funded project ‘Sowing the Seeds of Change: Community-based Climate Change Mitigation through Sustainable Rice Production’ (SRI) supports small-holder rice producers to improve rice production systems which are more resilient, emit fewer harmful greenhouse gases and remain profitable for farmers. This project will support and build the capacity of small holder rice producers and provincial agencies to meet these requirements by applying the System of Rice Intensification.
