Consultant for Indigenous Study

Organization: Plan International in Vietnam. Within the framework of  NORAD ECCD program (2016-2020), Plan Vietnam will support governments with a quality, relevant and inclusive early childhood care and development project for the ethnic minority areas.  Within period of March- May 2016, Plan Vietnam is planning to conduct indigenous study on Early Childhood Care and Development ( ECCD) knowledge and practice in ethnic minority communities in Lai Chau, Quang Binh and Quang tri provinces where Dao, H’Mong, Paco and Van Kieu ethnic group are living.  For more details, please see TOR enclosed.
