Organization: Plan International in Vietnam. Within the framework of NORAD ECCD program (2016-2020), Plan Vietnam will support governments with a quality, relevant and inclusive early childhood care and development project for the ethnic minority areas. Within period of March- May 2016, Plan Vietnam is planning to conduct indigenous study on Early Childhood Care and Development ( ECCD) knowledge and practice in ethnic minority communities in Lai Chau, Quang Binh and Quang tri provinces where Dao, H’Mong, Paco and Van Kieu ethnic group are living.
