The Ministry of Construction of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received from the World Bank toward the cost of the Project Preparation Technical Assistance Facility (PPTAF). The Ministry of Construction intends to use this financing to hire consulting services for package NM-02: Technical assistance to Project preparation for Northern Mountain Urban Program.
The objective of the consulting services (“the Services”) is as follows:
