TITLE: Medical Goods for Commune Health Centers in Cao Bang and Bac Kan provinces (Goods)
This notice of invitation is launched by the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development), on behalf of Project VIE/027 – Supporting Health Care Policy for The Poor in Cao Bang and Bac Kan receiving financial support from the governments of Viet Nam and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Identification of the contract

Type of contract: Goods
Object: Medical Goods for Commune Health Centers in Cao Bang and Bac Kan provinces
Number of packages: two (2), one for each province. Each package is made up of two (2) lots each.
Package A: CHC in Cao Bang Province
Lot 1: Medical Ultrasound Imaging Equipment
Lot 2: Medical Equipment Furniture and supplies
Package B: CHC in Bac Kan Province
Lot 3: Medical Ultrasound Imaging Equipment
Lot 4: Medical Equipment Furniture and supplies
Grouping of packages and lots: The present tender consists of two (2) packages with two (2) lots each. Each tenderer can make an offer for one or several lots and can be awarded one or several lots and for one or two packages. If a tenderer wishes to tender for more than one lot, a separate financial proposal must be made for each submitted lot.
Tenderers’ attention is drawn to the fact that lot 1 and 3 are similar as well as lot 2 and 4.

How to obtain the dossier

Hard copy of the full set of the tender dossier may be obtained, against a non-refundable charge of 500,000 VND (five hundred thousand Vietnam dong). The interested tenderer has to send a written request to project on his/her letterhead by email at least 3 days before s/he comes to obtain this dossier. The request should indicate the address at which the tenderer wishes to collect the tender dossier:
