Supervision Services for Construction of New Commune Health Centers (CHCs) and Rehabilitation of Existing CHCs in Bac Kan and Cao Bang Provinces (VIE/027 • 12 570 )

The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev) launches a Call for Expressions of Interest for the acquisition of Supervision Services for construction of new Commune Health Centers (CHCs) and Rehabilitation of existing CHCs in Bac Kan and Cao Bang Provinces on behalf of Project VIE/027 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are all legally established companies governed by the Laws of Vietnam and specialised in Construction consultancy with particular business registration in construction supervision of civil works. Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in Construction consultancy services and particular Supervision for civil works construction.

The start of the contract is foreseen for December 2012 and for a tentative duration of eight (08) months subject to the schedule of the related works contracts. Services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in all construction sites of awarded lot(s).

- Lot I at three districts Ba Be, Ngan Son and Na Ri in Bac Kan Province and
- Lot II at three districts at Ha Quang, Nguyen Binh and Trung Khanh in Cao Bang Province.

The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at 115’000 EUR – One Hundred Fifteen Thousand EUR (all taxes excluded), of which:
- 51’000 EUR budgeted for Lot I (in Bac Kan Province).
- 64’000 EUR budgeted for Lot II (in Cao Bang Province).

Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The dossier, including the selection criteria and the application form is available on request at the address given below. The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) candidates evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
