Vietnam Skills for Employment Project (VSEP), which is a Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD Canada) –funded project to strengthen Vietnam’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector to better serve the Vietnamese growing economy. VSEP is based at the Vietnamese National University - Ho Chi Minh (VNU-HCM). The project takes place over a 6 year period, from October 28, 2014 to January 31, 2020. VSEP will also strengthen the TVET system in three provinces (Binh Thuan, Hau Giang and Vinh Long), improving performance of one leading institution in each province namely Binh Thuan Community College, Hau Giang Community College and Vinh Long Community College.
