Scope of Work

• Verify the cost/revenue inputs and drivers of the business and further develop the existing financial model to become robust and fully integrated
• Evaluate the procurement strategy of the Company
• Assess the current and proposed operations & logistics of the Company
• Analyse the current and expected future sales and assess the market structure of rattan buyers and suppliers
• Create a complete 5-year business plan using information gathered from the company and from the work carried out for points 1 to 4.

Qualification required for the consultant/offeror

• The work may be carried out by a senior consultant or team of consultants;
• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English;
• At least 5-10 years of working experience and a proven track record in consultancy work, with a focus on agri-business/sustainable forest management, procurement, operations and/or supply chain related field;
• A University degree in agriculture, economics, accounting, business, finance or a related field; an advanced degree is desirable;
• Priority is given to people with significant experience working with agricultural/forestry SMEs in rural Viet Nam.
• No conflict of interest with regarding an interest in and exposure to the Company, or any affiliate
