Research/Consultant Agency to Conduct Behavioral Study on HIV/ HCV Prevention Behaviors among PWID

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research/consultant agency to conduct Behavioral Study on HIV/ HCV Prevention Behaviors among PWID

Could you please study the Technical description in the attached files and send us confirmation to join the bidding via email. Please pay attention to the followings:

1.      Properly sign and stamp in your documents:
-          Your Financial proposal (send hard copy)
-          Your technical proposal including personnel description (send hard copy)

2.      Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelops

3.      Indicate outside the envelop with: “Technical Proposal - Behavioral Study on HIV/ HCV Prevention Behaviors among PWID No. SVC-15-27” & “Quotation - Behavioral Study on HIV/ HCV Prevention Behaviors among PWID No. SVC-15-27”

4.      Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:

- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11th Floor, VINAFOR building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

Note: We will evaluate your technical proposal based on following criteria:

1.      Organization profile and Proposed personnel and management approach
2.      Working Partnership
3.      Quality of proposed plan and methodology
4.      Timetable

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & quotation is 9am, Tuesday 22nd Dec 2015. Proposal & quotation which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
