Research/Consultant Agency to Collect Data and Make Field Work Report

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research/consultant agency to collect data and make field work report following PSI objective in 2 provinces (Thai nguyen & An Giang) . Please study the details in the attached file and send us your quotation paying attention to the followings:

1.      Use PSI quotation FORMAT PSI – Service – 2013 – 015 attached for your quotation

2.      Properly sign and stamp your quotation

3.      Indicate outside the envelop with: Quotation “Conduct Nutrition Behavior research in 2 provinces – No. 2013-015”

4.      Send your quotation via one of the followings:

- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 4th Floor, Side B, Toserco Building, 273 Kim Ma, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address
- Send it via email [email protected]

The deadline for submitting quotation is 12:00 AM 10th May, 2013. Quotation which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
