Request for Proposals to conduct a tracer study of WISE-supported graduates

The USAID Workforce for an Innovation and Start-up Ecosystem (WISE) Activity support Vietnam to develop the workforce for the country’s Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). WISE collaborates with private and not-for-profit training institutions, employers, and other relevant stakeholders to explore new ways of expanding market-driven, sustainable models for a more competitive workforce. WISE activities are carried out in cooperation with Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment’s National Innovation Center (NIC). WISE is implemented by Nathan Associates, a Cadmus company, in partnership with its Vietnamese partner, MBI (MBI Innovation Challenges LTD).

WISE would like to request individuals or companies to submit a Proposal to conduct a tracer study of WISE-supported graduates as per attached Request for Proposal.

Deadline for proposals: 11:59pm (U.S. Eastern Time) on July 20, 2023.
