in the framework of Project VIE/027 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Governments of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

This notice of invitation is launched by the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development), on behalf of Project VIE/027 Supporting Health Care Policy for the Poor in Cao Bang and Bac Kan receiving financial support from the governments of the Governments of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

3)Eligibility and evaluation criteria

• Origin: no restriction
• Eligibility: companies satisfying the criteria included in the Statement of Good Standing and in the Ethics clauses of the General Regulations
• Evaluation: the lowest administratively and technically compliant tender will be granted the contract
• Variants: no variants will be considered

4)Sites and deadlines

• Location of the project: Na Ri District, Bac Kan Province, Vietnam
• Place of performance: Construction sites of CHCs (see Specification for more details)
• Performance period: 7 months (seven months)
• Validity period of tenders: 90 days from the time limit for receipt of tenders

10)Information meeting and/or site visit

There will be a mandatory information meeting on Thursday, 05th March 2015 at 08h30 for information of tender and site visit agenda. The meeting will take place at the address:

Mandatory site visits will take place right after the information meeting on 05th March 2015, starts from the Department of Health of Bac Kan.

Note: Tenderers who do not participate in the above meeting and site visits will not be eligible for participation in the tender.

11)Complementary or additional services

This contract does not include any complementary or additional services. In the event where complementary or additional services would be required (initially not included), their value will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the initial value of the contract.
