Request for Applications for Social Behavior Change Communications

The “Vietnam Action Against Plastic Pollution” Project (hereafter referred as “Project”) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Cooperative Agreement No. 72044022CA00003, implemented by Chemonics International (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), is seeking subaward applications from qualified organizations to provide communications expertise focused on social and behavior change (SBC) to in turn support achievement of the Project’s objectives. The subaward will be awarded and implemented in accordance with USAID and US Government regulations governing subawards under cooperative agreement and Project’s internal subaward management policies.
