Recruitment of Film Maker Team

Helen Keller International (HKI) is an US non-governmental organization established in Vietnam in 2004. The mission of HKI is to save the sight and lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged by combating the causes and consequences of blindness and malnutrition.

We are currently seeking to cooperate with a media organization to produce and broadcast a film to raise awareness about refractive error in schools.

Requirements for the film are as follows :

Duration of the film: 30 seconds

Objective: To raise awareness of the community in general and awareness of the pupils/ parents/ teachers about risks of refractive errors , the importance of healthy eyes as well as detection and adjustment of refractive errors by glasses.

The film should show from 3 to 4 logos of the donors.

The last part of the video should say: “This film is produced with support from the American people through United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Contents of the film are HKI’s responsibilities and do not necessarily reflect USAID or US Government’s point of views”

Broadcasting period : 1 time/ day for 30 consecutive days on VTV1 or VTV3 ( or mixture between VTV1 and VTV3) between 18h30 to 19h00 (right before the News program at 19h00 )
