Vacancy: Project Support Assistant
Based in Hanoi

We are looking for a qualified Vietnamese national for the position of Project Support Assistant. The successful candidate will base in Hanoi. Competitive remuneration package and opportunity for learning and development will be offered for this position.

Main Responsibilities: Project Support Assistant, under the supervision of Project Support Officer, works to provide administrative, operational tasks to the Northern Office. The Project Support Assistant will work closely with Project Support Officer and other team members to ensure the Northern Office functions smoothly, efficiently and effectively.  Project Support Assistant will implement the tasks and issues related to Save the Children Vietnam staff following the organisation’s policies and procedures.

Key Competencies 

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree, prefer in Business Administration, Economy and General Administration;
  • At least 3-year experience of providing an admin and logistics services;
  • Good command in English
  • Proven experience of using MS office application (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Have good knowledge about Vietnamese law relating to admin and HR operation and legal regulations of INGO;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Have high sense of self and team development;
  • Adapting to changing work patterns and new methods;
  • Be proactive and creative in all work;
  • Have ability to work under high pressure.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Vietnam development issues and NGO networks;
  • An office/HR management/development qualification from a credible institution.
