PROJECT PLANNING OFFICER

Health Sector Capacity Support Project is funded by the European Union and managed by the Vietnam Ministry of Health. The Project is recruiting 01 qualified staff for the position of PROJECT PLANNING OFFICER under a fixed-term contract period until 18th September 2014. Salary will be paid according to the UN – EU Guidelines for Financing of Local costs in Development Co-operation with Vietnam. This position will be based in the project office in Hanoi.

Applicants for this position must meet the following qualifications and skills:

- University Degree in Social Science; Economics or other relevant fields.

- Have at least 5 years of experiences in planning related work

- Familiar with the government planning and budgeting procedures and practices.

- Knowledge of EU planning procedures and fund management procedures is an advantage.

- Experience working for health projects funded by international organization (ADB, Sida, WB …) is an advantage.

- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams;

- Excellent command of English;

- Good computer skills and experience in MS Software.
