Vacancy: Project Manager – Alive and Thrive Project

Based in Hanoi

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for the Project Manager position of Alive & Thrive (A&T) Project. The successful candidate will be based in Hanoi with travels to project locations.

Main Responsibilities

A Project Manager will be responsible to ensure the effective implementation and high impact of the franchise models of Alive and Thrive project in Hanoi city with the main areas of accountability in project managing, budget planning and monitoring, building and maintaining the effective link and networks with project partners and other relevant professional group.

Key Competencies
• Bachelors degree or higher; Medical Doctor, MPH degree in nutrition or Maternal and Child Health care is preferred
• At least three years working experience in project management and implementation, preferably in nutrition, maternal and child health care program
• Solid understanding of the Vietnamese government system
• Experience in working with government counterparts, and multilateral agencies. A good understanding and relationship with Hanoi Department of Health is preferable
• Skilful and experience in program and budget planning, monitoring, and facilitating meeting, workshops
• Good at writing project reports and documenting other project outputs
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Good communication skills and team work
• Good computer skills - MS Office
