National Consultants to Support Evaluation of the National Plan of Action on the Prevention and Reduction of Child Labour 2016 -2020 in Viet Nam

In partnership with MOLISA as the key Government of Viet Nam partner, and its Department of Child Affairs as implementing focal point, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) is implementing the new project on “Technical Support for Enhancing National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam” (2015-2019) with the financial support from United States Department of Labour (USDOL).

ENHANCE project is seeking two national consultants to work with the international consultant to support the project and DCA/ MOLISA in conducting an evaluation of the NPA. An independent international evaluator will lead the evaluation. The national consultants will work under the coordination of the international consultant.
