National Consultant(s) to Prepare the Training Materials and Facilitate the Training for Labour Inspectors on How to Use the Inspection Checklist

The ILO Country Office for Viet Nam is implementing a technical co-operation project entitled Developing and Implementing a New Industrial Relations Framework in respect of the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (“NIRF Project”), funded by USDOL. Among various activities, the Labour Inspection Component under this project is aiming to effectively enforces and promotes compliance with national labour laws in industrial relations. As part of this work, the ILO has been supporting the development of an electronic case management system (ECMS) for labour inspectors, which is a means to digitalize the inspection work operation and management towards more effective, strategic and data driven.

To make sure that those inspectors are able to use ECMS for their work, noting that this is their first ever experience with ECMS, moving away from the paper tool, the MoLISA Labour Inspectorate and the ILO will organize a series of training activities for ECMS end-users and also administrators during July 2022.

For this purpose, ILO is looking for (an) experienced and highly capable consultant(s) to prepare the training materials and facilitate the training on specific modules as per details below:
