National Consultants on PFM Operational Framework Development
SNV’s project “Delivering Multiple Benefits from REDD+ in Southeast Asia (‘MB-REDD’)” is seeking for two consultants to work on “Developing a draft participatory forest monitoring (PFM) operational framework document as vehicle informing a consultative multi-stakeholder process on PFM development for National REDD+ Action Programme Applications in Vietnam (in short “PFM operational framework”).
