National Consultants on Making Film and Video Clips

DP Hanoi is seeking national consultants to develop (1) video clips on gender-based violence against for people with hearing impairement; and/or (2) a reportage film about "raising legal awareness and increasing access to legal service for women and girls with disabilities ".
