National Consultant on Emergency Behaviour Change Communication

Consultancy Notice CSD 2016-02

UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an individual national consultant on Emergency Behaviour Change Communication (BCC).

Qualifications and experience required:

Education

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Promotion/Communication, and Social/Behaviour Change Communication, relevant Social Sciences.

Years of relevant experience

  • 5 years of progressive work experience in program communication/C4D, social mobilization and behavioral change communication;
  • Experience of working in emergency response;
  • Experience in working with government at national and sub-national level on Health, Nutrition and WASH issues;
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Vietnamese;
  • Good knowledge on gender equality and mainstreaming.

Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit the following information:

  1. Technical Proposal: A 5-7 page proposal outlining the proposed ideas, describing the comparative advantage to undertake the assignment.
  2. Financial Proposal: The consultant should prepare a lump-sum offer. This should include consultancy fee, all per-diems, all travel and transportation costs (field trips with 15 days of DSA) and other ancillary costs.
  3. Referee details of similar consultancy assignments. The Consultant should annex a copy (or provide web-link) of similar assessment performed previously by the Consultant.
  4. P-11 form (UN Personal History Form)
