National Consultant to Conduct the Review of Clinical Legal Education Programs in Law Training Institutions

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking a national consultant to conduct the review of Clinical Legal Education Programs in Law Training Institutions in Viet Nam.

Objectives of the assignment are:

•             To assess if the CLE has achieved its planned goals at 08 law training institutions as of 2013
•             To assess the quality and effectiveness of the CLE activities  implemented at 08 law training institutions (for the period 2010-2013)
•             To assess the value CLE provides to students of law
•             To assess the level of development of CLE at 08 law training institutions at 2013, including any improvements to faculty capacity
•             To recommend further CLE activities in the future

The assignment is  for 22 working days, from April 2014 to September 2014 (10 days field visits, 10 days desk review, 2 days preparing for and attending a CLE conference in Ha Noi or HCM City).
