National Consultant to Conduct an Activity on Program Value Chain Intervention Impact Measurement

Paz y Desarrollo (PyD) is seeking a national consultant to conduct an activity on Program Value Chain Intervention Impact Measurement. The activity will be held in Quang Nam from May to June in 2015. More information can be found in the attached Terms of Reference.
