Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) is assigned by the Government of Vietnam to implement a project for “Strengthening the capacity of Vietnamese Government’s agencies in accelerating and improving Public Administration Reform efficiency and effectiveness”. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund. The main objective of the project is to support the implementation of the Public Administration Reform (PAR) Master Program and the Action Plan of the Government to carry out the 5th Resolution of the Party Central Committee (the Xth term) on “Accelerating PAR, improving public effectiveness and efficiency”. The project consists of 4 main components as follows: 1) Public Administration Reform process management and policy development strengthened; 2) Alternatives public service delivery reforms assessed and piloted; 3) Local government reform; 4) PAR communication/information improved and PAR partnership strengthened.

In order to facilitate project implementation, one (01) M&E Officer will be recruited for being fully responsible for all issues related to monitoring and evaluation of project activities.

This is full-time position with a fixed term contract (07 months) starting from 01st October 2012.

Work locations: in Hanoi and other locations, as required by project.
