Local Consultant to Carry out Base-line Survey

Project for the Establishment of anti-TIP Hotline in Vietnam (JICA Anti-TIP Hotline Project) would like to invite you to send your best technical and financial proposal for a survey with the following details:

1. Name of the study: Baseline survey on Anti-TIP Hotline in An Giang and Ha Giang

2. Terms of Reference: As in Annex 1

3. Preparation of Technical and Financial Proposals:

You are invited to submit i) technical proposal, and ii) financial proposal for conducting the study .The proposals will be the basis for contract negotiations and ultimately for a signed contract with personal. Technical proposal should follow the format in Annex 2 and Financial proposal should follow the format in Annex 3.

4. Deadline of the quotation: Your Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal should reach the office of the Anti-TIP Hotline Project by mail by 16:00 pm 1st April 2013.
