Legal Aid Officer, Media Officer, Office Assistant and Project Manager

Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Enviroment (iSEE) is an independent Vietnamese non-profit organization working for a prosperous, democratic and just society. We are expanding our program and looking for a Legal Aid Officer, a Media Officer, an Office Assistant  and a Social Networking Project Manager to join our diverse and compassionate team with different technical background, ethnicity, gender, culture and sexual orientation to effectively cope with emerging issues;

Key responsibilities of Legal Aid Officer
- Coordinate and manage legal aid project for the minorities include networking with laywers, govenremnt agencies, minority communities and other service providers
- Input iSEE work in lobby, advocacy and public education

Requirements
- University degree preferably in law, legal science, psychology or related fields
- Exellent communications skills, both oral and written; strong inter-personal relations and negotiation skills
- Indepth knowledge of legal procedure and legislation in Vietnam

Key responsibilities of Media Officer
- Coordinate and manage media project which includes media strategy, campaign, public events, publication and networks with media channels and contacts
- Manage intermal information system and brandname of iSEE

Requirements
- Postgraduate degree, preferable in media, social science or related fields
- Experience in media, entertainment or marketing fields
- Exellent communications skills, both oral and written; strong inter-personal relations and negotiation skills

Key responsibilities of Office Assistant 
- Manage IT and website of iSEE 
- Provide logistic support to public events and trips in Hanoi and other provinces 
- Manage office logistics, facilities, procedures and reception

Requirements
- University degree, have knowledge and skills in IT and website management is an advantage
- Fluent in English and have experience in coordination is preferable

Key responsibilities of Social Networking Project Manager
- Manage their social network development project, include planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting on progress and quality
- Pilot and document social networking approach to resolve complex social issues faced by different minority groups

Requirements
- Postgraduate degree preferably in social science, psychology, economics, public policy, media and development
- At least five year experiences in social work, networking, development, entertainment industries, media or public relation.
- High EQ score, excellent inter-personal and communication skills both oral and written in Vietnamese and English;
